Notes: Surfaces were created using a combination of the Myles, Yeo, Peters @ SPM 2008 (green) and Myles, Karciauskas, Peters @ Pacific Graphics 2007 (red). The monkey surface was created via Myles, Ni, Peters @ SGP 2008 since it had a pentagon. .bv files can be viewed with BezierView.
