The OGMP Supplemental Retention Program (SRP) is designed for students who have completed at least one year of graduate studies with funding at UF, have less than three semester to completion and no longer have a fellowship, assistantship, or other College/Departmental funding. The OGMP-SRP is designed to assist students with the completion of their degree program by providing limited tuition assistance and by involving them in a structured retention program organized by the office of Graduate Minority Programs.
As NVIDIAŽ continues to grow and further develop cutting-edge multimedia technology, we are expanding our search for top PhD students and professors who are interested in receiving additional research funding through NVIDIAs international fellowship program. Graduating seniors and graduate students who want to conduct research overseas can receive a prestigious Fulbright award. Fulbright awards for graduate research at the MA and Ph.D. level, as well as for graduating seniors cover travel and living expenses for a year in any of over 140 countries. The University Scholars Program introduces undergraduate students at the University of Florida to the exciting world of academic research. In the Program, students work one-on-one with UF faculty on selected research projects. Through this initiative, students will take away an understanding of and appreciation for the scholarly method. The University Scholars Program serves as an exceptional capstone to the academic careers of UF students.
