Download self-extracting zip file for DOS/Windows.
To extract the files, open a DOS Window
(Start->Programs->MS-DOS Prompt),
go to the folder where you downloaded the file 'sgprogs.exe', and
type: sgprogs.exe -d
The "-d" option restores the folder structure of the C programs.
