Fitness Calorie Calculator

Kevin Cen

This calorie calculator is based upon the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation for calculating one's basal metabolic rate (BMR):

For men:
BMR = 10W + 6.25H - 5A + 5

For women:
BMR = 10W + 6.25H - 5A - 161

Where 'W' is body weight (kgs), 'H' is body height (cm), and 'A' is age (years).
