(2001) Proposal for the NSF/CISE/QuBIC (Quantum and Biological Inspired Computing) program: LyX, PS, PDF.
(2000) Collection of readings on quantum computing Mike gathered for his "Physical Limits of Computing" course at UF.
(1996) Work Mike did for his area exam in quantum computing at MIT, including a paper and a Shor algorithm simulation & visualization.
(1995-2000) Schroedinger equation simulation by Mike. Made reversible in 1996 with help from Margolus using a technique by Fredkin, ported to R and compiled for Pendulum and executed on Pendulum simulator in 1997, proved numerically stable and reimplemented in Java by Motter in 2000.
