Reptilian is distributed as an Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) file. Most often this is used with VirtualBox, though your mileage may vary.

• Reptilian 19.01-A8.1-x64 (Android 8.1 and Ubuntu 18.04)
• Reptilian 18.08-A7.1-x64 (Android 7.1 and Ubuntu 14.04)

If you have problems running VirtualBox on your OS, you can use Hatchery instead. Hatchery is a custom Ubuntu USB image with VirtualBox pre-installed.
